Commander Rahkan, Iserlohn Fortress second-in-command

Commander Rahkan was the second-in-command of Iserlohn Fortress, directly under admiral Thomas von Stockhausen.

When the Rosen Ritter siezed control of Iserlohn's command center in the Fifth Battle of Tiamat, taking admiral Stockhausen hostage, Rahkan's immediate impulse was to fight back: the admiral's life was not, in his mind, equal to the value of Iserlohn Fortress.

Admiral Stockhausen, however, surrendered to Walter von Schenkopp, and ordered Rahkan to stand down. No matter his personal opinions, Rahkan demonstrated his strong sense of loyalty by obeying the order and surrendering to the Rosen Ritter.
