A couple issues w/ this one:
1) I can't remember what exactly the standard translation of 帝国軍三長官 (I have it as "three Imperial military chiefs") is.
2) I can't tell for sure from the entry in the encyclopedia whether he just held one of the three positions or if he held all three simultaneously (like Reinhard did).
